Winnsboro Police Department responded to 129 calls for service, issued 43 citations and 31 warnings, and investigated one accident during the seven day period, August 15 – 21. There were no arrests made.
The one accident investigated occurred in the 300 block of East Coke Road Wednesday, August 17th. A 2006 Tan Honda exited a parking lot turning east onto East Coke Rd. The Honda failed to yield the right of way and collided with a 2013 Tan Honda traveling eastbound.
