Funeral services for M. Jeanne Wilson, age 64, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. L. D. Baxter and Rev. Bobby Keller officiating. Interment will follow at Como Cemetery with Chris Hight, Nathan Hight, Jeremiah Hight, Ronin Hight, Gunnar Gatlin, and Dr. Darren Arnecke as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Odom, Jeptha Hight, Chris Gentry, Seth Kinsey, Luke Wilson and Christopher Wilson. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Jeanne passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at her residence.
Jeanne was born September 5, 1951 in Robstown, TX, daughter of Delma Jeanne Rosenberger Reeves. She married Jerry Lynn Wilson on December 25, 1969 in Kingsville, TX, he preceded her in death. Jeanne was a ward clerk for Hopkins County Memorial Hospital for many years. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church of Como. She is survived by her son, Jerry Wilson and wife Nancy of Anchorage, AK, daughters, Linda Hight and husband Chris of Combine, TX, Tammy Gatlin and husband Chris Gentry of Sulphur Springs, sisters, Vicki Armstrong and husband Donald, Janet Keller and husband Bobby, Darla Coker and Linda Sharp and husband Paul, grandchildren, Nathan Hight and wife Demetra, Alexa Hight, Sara Hight, Jeremiah Hight, Ronin Hight, Jeanne Hight, Jeptha Hight, Heaven Gatlin, Darcy Gatlin, Gunnar Gatlin, Natalie Wilson, Katie Wilson, Luke Wilson, and Chris Wilson, great-grandchildren, Teagan, Collin, Jude and Sawyer.
In addition to her husband she is preceded in death, by her mother, great-grandson, William Hight.
Jeanne requested that everyone wear bright and beautiful colors to her service to celebrate her love of life.
