Wilma Duvall Saunders of Burleson passed away Friday, July 29, 2016, at home. Graveside service: and burial at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Breshear. Rev. Josh Burns will be officiating the service. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Joshua. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make a donations to Grace Connection Church, P.O. She was born Dec. 10, 1936, to Elby and Lillie Duvall in Lone Oak. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. One of the greatest pleasures in her life was cooking and preparing fabulous meals for family and friends. She retired from the Joshua ISD as the superintendent’s secretary and tax assessor collector for the city of Joshua. Previously, she was employed with AT&T for 15 years before leaving due to health reasons. She was a member of Grace Connection Baptist Church, Joshua.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.

Survivors: She is survived by daughter, Sheena Clover and husband, David, of Joshua; brother, Glen Duvall of Denham Springs, La.; sisters, Rita Horton and husband, Weldon, of Maybank, Maye Ryon and husband, Paul, of Hurst; grandchildren, Cersten Keeton and husband, Trent, of Burleson, Colton Clover and wife, Stephanie, of San Angelo, Michael Clover and wife, Marcella, of Murphy; six beautiful great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
