Graveside services for Bobby Derell Oswald, age 79, of Sulphur Springs, have been scheduled for 1:00 PM Friday, April 1, 2016 at DFW National Cemetery with the Rev. Neal Cochran officiating.
Bobby Oswald was born in Frisco City, Alabama, the son of Bonnie Oswald and Sallie Mae (Bodiford) Oswald on July 31, 1936. He was married to Sharon Jo (Pruitt) Oswald and was a Hotel owner/Operator and a Professional Horse Breeder/Rancher. He passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon; three sons, Donald Oswald of Cedar City, Utah, Ronald Oswald of Grand Junction, Colorado and Terry Oswald of Longview, Texas; five step-sons, Brian Blakeney of Joshua, TX, Daniel Blakeney of Tyler, TX, Mark Blakeney of Burleson, TX, Matthew Blakeney and Robert Reynolds both of Ft. Worth, TX; thirteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
