The Wildcats Power-lifting Team finished in third place among 16 teams at a Paris Meet last Thursday.
The Wildcats got first place finishes from Ian Blanch in the 242 pound class and from Joell Morales in the 123 pound class. Isaiah Neal was second in the 181 pound class. Cortavius Pruitt was third in the 148 pound class. Johnathan Alvarez was fourth in the 132 pound class. Oscar Yanez was fifth in the 114 pound class. Other places by Wildcats lifters included Vincent Morales sixth in the 165 pound class, Alex Rodriguez seventh in the 114 pound class, Jacob Jonaitis ninth in the Super Heavy Weight class, Dustin Crabtree ninth in the 132 pound class and Carson Bridges thirteen in the 165 pound class.
Powerlifters who qualify in the top twelve in the region in their weight class will attend the Regional Meet in Lindale onMarch 5.
