Smiley face

Once again Tuesday night Wildcats junior pitcher Tyler Follis was sharp twirling a four-hit shutout as the Wildcats topped Greenville, 7-0 at Eagle Stadium.  Follis had 12 strikeouts and no walks.  The Wildcats had 8 hits, many of them timely, to plate their seven runs.  With Monday night’s 8-0 win at Mt. Pleasant, the Wildcats have opened district play 3-0 with all three wins by shutout.  Monday Ben Brooks and Hunter Coleman combined for a six hit shutout of the Tigers.  The Wildcats collected 11 hits including triples by Larry Pryor and Ryan Ferguson.  Follis also shut out Texas High last week.  The Wildcats host Hallsville Friday night at 7 p.m. at Eagle Stadium.
