The Potato House is Now Open

After being absent from the Sulphur Springs business scene for a few years the Potato House has reopened at 204 Connally.

Sherry Cotten is the new owner manager. Her father John owned the original Potato House when it opened downtown on Connally and later was moved to a location on Gilmer. John is now retired. The current store was renovated by John Heilman with some help from the city in the form of a facade grant. Work will be continuing on the front for a few weeks yet with an awning and signage to come. The full menu is displayed below.

Delivery until 2:00pm along with curb service is available at the new location. Sherry says “just call ahead.” If you are not sure where it is, it is the first building on your left as you walk past Bayou Jacks on Connally. You may call ahead at 903-243-7225
