Jose “El Gallo” Gallegos

Funeral service for Jose “El Gallo” Gallegos, age 28, of Point, will be held Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015, 2:00 pm, at St. John’s the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home.

Mr. Gallegos was born Jan. 4, 1987, in San Migel Allenda, GTO, Mexico to J. Silvister and Martha Yanez Gallegos. He was an employee of Kearney Trailers in Emory. Jose married Manuela Lozoya Nov. 14, 2014, in Emory.

Survivors include: Wife: Manuela Gallegos of Point Daughters: Michelle Salinas of Point, and Martha Gallegos of Point
Son: Micolas Salinas of Point, Father: J. Silvister Gallegos of San Migel Allende, GTO, Mexico, Sisters: Maria Luz; Sofia; Mari Cruz; Mari Paz; Martha Susana, Brothers: Silvister and Adolfo Angel, Grandmother: Gloria Juarez of GTO, Mexico
Uncles: Jesus, Oscar, Beto, Nacho, Miguel, Rudy, Gustavo, Remedo, Samuel, Jose, and Francisco, Aunts: Irma, Belen, Andrea, Regina, and Nieves. He was preceded in death by: Mother and Grandparents
