Lady Cats’ Soccer Team Opens Tournament Play With a Tie

The Lady Cats’ soccer team fought to a 1-1 tie against Gainesville in their opening game in a Princeton tournament Thursday afternoon. Both teams scored in the first half. The Lady Cats now have a record of 2 wins, 2 losses and 1 tie. The Lady Cats play two games in the tournament Friday. They’ll oppose Nevada Community at 11 a.m. and then will face Kaufman at 8 p.m. The tournament continues through Saturday
