Guaranty Bancshares, the holding company of Guaranty Bank and Trust, has purchased DCB Financial Corporation, the holding company of Preston State Bank, which has two banks in Dallas. They are located at 16980 Dallas Parkway in North Dallas and at 5944 Luther Lane in Preston Center.
