One of Hopkins County AgriLife Extension Agent Johanna Hicks’ favorite workshops to put on is the Twogether in Texas Marriage Education Workshop. The next one is being offered on Saturday, January 24 at the Extension Service Office on Houston Street. The workshop is free and potential married couples that complete the session will receive a certificate to save $60 off the cost of a marriage license. Ms. Hicks says topics covered include marriage expectations, communication, conflict resolution, money management and marriage goals and dreams. Ms. Hicks requests that couples call 903 885-3443 to register to attend.
