Sulphur Springs Public Library Director Hope Cain announced on KSST Tuesday that Patricia Fox won an IPAD Air as part of a library effort to promote its’ E-Book service. Everyone who checked out a book in November was eligible to win. The E-Book service is free and will work for anyone with a computer, phone or e-reader. Ms. Cain and Trice Lawrence with Friends of the Library were guests on KSST’s Good Morning Show with Enola Gay Tuesday morning.
