Dec 18, 2014 – The Manager of Plain and Fancy Restaurant in Sulphur Springs turned herself in at the Hopkins County Jail Wednesday afternoon at 1 p.m. where she was arrested for credit card abuse.
37-year old Heather Paige Salverino of Sulphur Springs was released after posting $5,000 bond.
The woman is accused of using a credit card for several transactions, believed to total as much as $15,000, without the effective consent or authorization of the owner of the credit card.
The case was investigated by Sulphur Springs Police Detective Lt. Rusty Stillwagoner who had issued a warrant for Ms. Salverino’s arrest.
