Operation Christmas Child Helped by the Sulphur Bluff Baptist Youth

For months now, Sulphur Springs’ residents have been filling empty shoeboxes with items such as toys, school supplies, hygiene items and notes of encouragement for Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse International Relief. The shoeboxes will go to children in need overseas. This week shoeboxes are being delivered to designated drop off locations. The local goal is to have 20,000 shoebox gifts.

The Sulphur Bluff Baptist Church youth collected just over 100 filled boxes for the effort. good for you kids, Merry Christmas.
