Handicapable Rodeo “Video”

With the rodeo in town this weekend, a Handicapable Rodeo for children with special needs was held Friday in the Civic Center Arena. Local UPRA Committee Member Oscar Aguilar said about 300 kids were attending from more counties than before. There were horseback rides, a mechanical bucking bull and lots more. Some 250 Sulphur Springs High School Key Club members assisted the special needs kids

The local rodeo group hosted a Handicapable Rodeo for special needs children Friday in the Civic Center Arena.  Sulphur Springs High School Key Club members helped out and I talked with three of their officers.
