Memorial Services for Don Temples, age 62 of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Samuel Glenn officiating. Interment will follow at Shooks Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Temples died on Friday, November 7, 2014 at his residence. He was an electrician and of the Methodist faith.
He was born on July 11, 1952, the son of Lynn and Dolly Jean Bell Temples in Sulphur Springs. He married Kathy Dunnam on January 12, 1991 in Irving. She survives.
Other survivors include: daughter, Tammie Gilbert of Hugo, OK; son, Dean Gilbert of Sulphur Springs and Gary Gilbert and wife, Helen of Houston; brothers, Ronnie Temples, Gary Temples and wife, Joanna, Steve Temples and wife, Debbie; sisters, Lynna Nichols and Joy Britton and husband, Charles; grandchildren, Kimberly Alsup, Skylre Virgin, Dannylle Beggs, Cory Gilbert, Mason Gilbert, Gavin Gilbert, Brayden Gilbert, Jacey Gilbert; great-grandchildren, Reygan Alsup and Delanee Begg.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
