David Lyle Wood, Jr.

IMG_2956Graveside services for David Lyle Wood, Jr., age 34, of Lindale will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Pine Forest Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. David passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Trinity Mother Frances in Tyler, TX. David was born on July 25, 1980 in Las Cruces, NM, the son of Lyle and Bettye (Ash) Wood. He married Lindsey McClure on November 5, 2005 in Sulphur Springs. She survives. David was a 2004 graduate of Texas Tech where he received a Master’s of Architecture Degree. David was an architect and worked for Thompson Architecture Group, Inc. out of Tyler. David was also the owner of D.L.WOOD Design LLC. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents, one brother, Cliff Wood and wife Andrea of San Antonio, grandparents, James Ash and step-grandmother Dale of Dallas, Fairris Wood of Garland. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Ruth Ash and Bill Wood. Memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation at eftx.org.
