The Wildcats Marching Band will have their first contest Saturday in Texarkana. Band Director Charles McCauley says it will be a good test for the band. 25 bands will perform including ones from Louisiana and Arkansas. McCauley says there will be individual judges for the band, color guard, percussion and drum majors. The band will attend two more contests before UIL competition on October 23.
