Longview got off to a slow start this year. After scrimmaging Ennis, the Lobos opened the season with losses to Lufkin and John Tyler. Coach John King said there were also injuries and off the field issues. Running back Jamycal Hasty, a Baylor commit, was injured and has not played this year. But now the Lobos have won six straight including five district games. They visit Prim Stadium Friday night.
