Lunch Prices Increased

The US Department of Agriculture wants to see schools in the National School Lunch Program narrow the gap between the reimbursement schools receive for free lunches served and the price being charged to paying students. Lunch prices were increased 25-cents three years ago and the Sulphur Springs School Board voted for another 25-cent increase Monday night. The increases keep the school district in compliance with a 2010 law.
