There will be a retirement reception for Sulphur Springs Superintendent Patsy Bolton on Wednesday, May 16 from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Building.
Ms. Bolton is stepping down when her current contract ends on June 1 after spending 43 years with the district, the last eight as superintendent. The reception is being called Time Well Spent.
In lieu of gifts, guests are encouraged to contribute to establishment of a Patsy Bolton Education Scholarship to help prepare a future teaching leader.
