Memorial service for J. W. Herriage will be held Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at 2:00 pm at the Emory Baptist Church. Bro. Robert Burns will officiate.
Mr. Herriage died Thursday, Jan. 24, in the Senior Suite Care and Rehab in Emory. Mr. Herriage was born May 19, 1934, in Emory, to Doctor (Doc) and Annie Lou Davis Herriage.
He served his country in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant. His church affiliation was the League Street Church of Christ in Sulphur Springs.
Survivors include: Daughter, Deborah Herriage Thorpe of Dallas Son, Clifford Dale Herriage of Emory Brother, David Herriage Sister, Mary Seigrist Grandchildren: Wesley A. Thorpe, Preston T. Thorpe, Clifford D. Herriage, and Breanna Perry
Cremation arrangements under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home of Emory.
