Lady Cats In Tyler Championship Bracket Saturday

The Lady Cats’ volleyball team ran their winning streak to five matches by taking all three matches they played in pool play in a Tyler tournament Thursday.  The Lady Cats edged by Arp 2-1 in all close sets, downed West Hardin 2-0 and then rallied after losing a first set to defeat Sabine, 2-1.  The Lady Cats advance into the Championship Bracket.  They’ll continue play Saturday.  The Lady Cats are now 14-6 for the season....

Lady Cats Volleyball Wins On Road

The Lady Cats’ volleyball team went to a decisive fifth set to defeat Mt. Vernon on the road Tuesday night. The Lady Cats improved to 11-6 for the season. The Lady Cats’ volleyball team had a good tournament at Wills Point this past Friday and Saturday. Wildcats Scrimmage on Soccer Pitch; Lady Cat Volleyball in Tourney

The Wildcats’ football team will be scrimmaging in front of the home folks tonight against Liberty-Eylau. Freshmen and JV teams will scrimmage beginning at 5 p.m. and then the varsity will get underway at around 6:30 p.m. The scrimmage has been moved to the football field inside the High School Track. Ladycats Scrimmage Cumby, Commerce Friday Morning

The Sulphur Springs High School Ladycats Volleyball team scrimmaged against Cumby and Commerce late Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. Freshman, JV and Varsity all scrimaged at the same time, with Freshman in the auxilliary gym and JV and Varsity in the main gym.
