Madison Rater is the 2014 Dairy Festival Queen

Madison Rater is the 2014 Dairy Festival Queen. Madi, the daughter of James and Shelley Rater, captured the crown at the Pageant Saturday night in the Civic Center Auditorium. Life is Hectic for Dairy Festival Queen Kennedy Potts

Life has been a little crazy lately for Dairy Festival Queen Kennedy Potts with the prom, graduation and Dairy Festival coming up one right after the other.
