At a regular meeting of the Sulphur Springs City Council on June 3, the council postponed action on two ordinances because of council members’ concerns. The items will be taken up in a work session Monday morning at 11:30 a.m. before they come back before the council at a later meeting. The items deal with adopting the International Property Maintenance Code and replacing the entire zoning section dealing with signs and identification.
