Funeral service for Eloy Alba, 74, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at I.O.O. F. Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., August 26, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mr. Alba passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Rock Creek Health and Rehab.
