A 23-year old Hopkins County man was sentenced in 8th District Court Wednesday to 27-years in prison for continuous sexual abuse of a child. In Hopkins County 8th District Court, a 31-year old Sulphur Springs man, David Penny, was sentenced to life in prison without parole for continuous aggravated sexual assault of a child.
