Mrs. Darlene Davis, age 76 of Dallas, passed away on Thursday, April 25th, 2019. She was born on January 23rd, 1943 in Hopkins County, Texas to the late Harold and Maude Speaks.
She was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Maude Speaks; husband of 54 years, Carl Davis; and brother Harold Speaks.
She is survived by, son, John Davis; daughter, Debbie Edwards; sister, Marlene Garner; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 29th, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a funeral service to follow at 11 am at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway, Winnsboro, TX 75494, with Pastor Rob Keith conducting. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Scroggins, Texas with Tony Collins, Dwayne Collins, TJ Tatman, Robert Tatman, Austin Walters serving as pallbearers.
