Significant Weather Advisory for Hopkins and Rains Counties; Strong Winds Possible Around 11 p.m. Saturday

Significant weather advisory for Hopkins, Rains and Van Zandt Counties. At 10:33 p.m. Doppler Radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm along a line extending from near Greenville to Kaufman to Hillsboro with movement east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms. Lightning is also a hazard.
