On Sunday, September 30th Sulphur Springs High School Sophomore Annie Horton, exhibited her Medium Wool Wether Lamb in the Junior Market Lamb Show at the State Fair of Texas.
She placed 3rd in her class and earned a spot in the Youth Livestock Auction: Sale of Champions on Friday October 5th. Melissa Evert, instructor in Agriculture at SSHS, said, “Annie did a great job kicking off the State Fair of Texas for our FFA Chapter and we look forward to the rest of the Fair.”
