David Carl Harvey, 41, whose address is Days Inn in Sulphur Springs, was arrested following an investigation by the Special Crimes Unit. Harvey sold the Controlled Substance Methamphetamine in a Drug Free Zone.
Harvey is in Hopkins County Jail charged with a Felony 2, Manufacture Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, more than 1-gram but less than 4-grams, in a Drug Free Zone. He is being held on a $25,000 bond.
