Mr. Lee Wise, age 46 of Quitman, passed away on Monday, June 19th, 2017. He was born on August 24th, 1970 in Grapevine, TX to Jerry Thomas Wise and Wanda Gail Norton Meyer. Mr. Wise worked as a MIT Specialist with Standard Aero, was a former member of the Mustang Club, founder of the the Winnsboro Cart Speedway, Salutatorian of Union Hill High School class of 1989, served in the U.S. Navy during Dessert Storm on the USS New Orleans, and was preceded in death by father, Jerry Thomas Wise.
He is survived by, mother, Gail Meyer and husband Thomas of Perryville; wife, Frances Stout of Quitman; sons, Tommy Gene Thompson of Sulphur Springs; Michael Joseph Stout of Quitman, Zachary Thomas Wise of Las Vegas; brother, Guy Thomas Wise and wife Heather of Quilian; sister, Laura Gail Cosby of Plano; one grandchild, Vayne Issac Thompson; nieces and nephews, Amy Michelle Kennemer, Elizabeth Renne’ Cozby, Britton Thomas Wise and Devin Skyler..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 22nd, 2017 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 22nd, 2017 at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494 at 10:00 am, Rev. Ronny Spence conducting, interment will follow at Perryville Cemetery in Winnsboro, with Tommy Thompson, Michael Stout, Britton Wise, Guy Wise serving as pallbearers.
