Monday Press Conference at the Sulphur Springs Police Department allowed a moment for Police Chief Jay Sanders to compliment the detectives who have investigated the theft of a number of all-terrain vehicles taken from NorTex Tractor and other dealerships in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Seven have been arrested and charged locally. Three additional suspects are being sought. Here is the press conference:
