Memorial services for Sheldon Valentine, age 21 of Sulphur Springs will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Stinson officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
Sheldon passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 22, 1994 in Oklahoma City, OK, the son of Steven Dale and Shannon Michelle (Fields) Valentine. He was a meat market butcher and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his fiancée, Selina Sanchez; father, Steven Valentine of Sulphur Springs; mother and step-father, Shannon Keeble and husband, Dale of Oklahoma City, OK; sisters, Stacy Michelle Smith of Oklahoma City, OK and Cheyenne Denise Cruse of Midwest City, OK; brother, Steven Dodge Valentine of Brashear; uncles, William Valentine of Sulphur Springs; Tony Barnett and wife, Tanya of Spencer, OK, Tony Nuziark of Rockwall and Matt Prda of Cedar Creek; aunts, Vickie McGarity of Spencer, OK, Shelia Fields of Spencer, OK and Cindy Palmer and husband, Wade of Tyler.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tolbert and Helen Valentine and Walter and Ruth Fields and uncles, Gary Valentine, Terry Valentine and Ricky Nuziark.
