Wednesday afternoon around 4 p.m. Sulphur Springs Police arrested Ryan Glen Mize, 22, for sexual assault of a child, according to Criminal Investigator Bo Fox. The offense was reported to the local police last week and following investigation of information provided by the teen’s parents, a warrant was issued Wednesday. Fox stated the investigation is continuing.
Arraigned Thursday morning, bond for Mize was set at $50.000 by Justice of the Peace B J Teer.
