Graveside funeral service for Neva Ruth Bartley, age 81 of Seymour will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Conner Cemetery with Rev. Tim Potts officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
Ms. Bartley passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls. She was born in Hopkins County on February 2, 1934, the daughter of Arthur “A.L.” and Mary Elizabeth (Eppars) Sandifeer. She married James Dale Bartley on May 6, 1951 in Hopkins County. He preceded her in death in 1969. She was a retired seamstress at Loom Treasures in Garland.
Survivors include: daughter, Machele Hass and husband, Glenn of Seymour; son, Terry Bartley and wife, Kim of Stephenville; grandchildren, James Ray Bartley, Leigh Ann Hill, Heather Bourland and Candice Hager; great-grandchildren, Haleigh Bush, MiKayla Bush, Breanna Bartley, Anthony Wayne Hill, Levi Bourland and Lani Bourland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, L.T. Sandifeer; O.L. “Buck” Sandifeer and A.J. Sandifeer; one sister, Ella Wayne Bearden and one granddaughter.
