James Randell Friddle

Graveside funeral services with military honors for James Randell Friddle, age 65 of Pittsburg, formally of Yantis will be held Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenpond Cemetery with Rev. Michael Coker and Dwayne Attaway officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Dwayne Attaway, Donnie Attaway, Gary Attaway, Mark Cauto, Joshua Cauto and Jack Nolen. There will be no formal visitaiton.

Mr. Friddle passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Pittsburg Nursing Center in Pittsburg. He was born in Sulphur Springs on November 21, 1949, the son of Willard Ancel and Doris Mae (Burns) Friddle. He served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War, was a retired electrician, dairyman and member of First Baptist Church Yantis.

Survivors include son, Jason Randell Friddle of Como; sisters, Colleen Nolen and husband, Jack of Yantis, Linda Alpers of Midland, Willadene Attatway and husband, Dwayne of Yantis and Rita Fleming and husband, Dewey of Flower Mound; brothers, Dale Friddle of Greenville and Pete Friddle of Yantis.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials can be made to Greenpond Cemetery Association.
