Retired Captain Joe Reid Scott Recognized

During Monday morning’s meeting of the Hopkins County Commissioners Court, the Court recognized Retired Captain Joe Reid Scott for his 19 years of service as the county’s Veterans Affairs Officer. Captain Scott is retiring February 28. County Judge Robert Newsom read from a plaque that he would later present to Captain Scott.
