A 35-year old Balch Springs man faces a charge of solicitation of a minor after he was arrested Friday night at 7:30 p.m. at a Sulphur Springs site where he was to meet the young person for a sexual tryst. Lawmen arrested the man in the 500 block of League Street. Randy Teemul reportedly confessed to communicating with the minor by text, arranging a meeting for sex and renting a room.
