“Updated” Massey’s Robbery Suspect Shot & Killed in Oklahoma

A 33-year old Yantis man, William Lee Honea, wanted for the November 17 armed robbery of Massey’s Convenience Store in Sulphur Springs, was shot to death by Oklahoma lawmen during a gun battle near the Choctaw Casino in Grant Thursday afternoon. Working on info from Sulphur Springs Police Detective Sgt. Bo Fox, Oklahoma lawmen found Honea at the casino. Honea stole a car and officers pursued him at high speeds for several minutes. Back near the Casino, Honea stopped the vehicle and reportedly fired at officers. They returned fire killing him. We hear about it from the investigating officer Bo Fox.
