Can anyone believe that Christmas is nearly here? Each year time flies more and more quickly.
Last week County Line School’s historical marker was delivered. Now the program committee can plan a dedication ceremony for the marker.

Last week I missed a few birthdays so I’m playing catch-up this week. Happy Birthday last week to Debbie Weatherly on Nov. 24; Jessica (Wagley) May on Nov. 25; Brian Lennon on Nov. 26; Lori (Woods) Evans on Nov. 27; and Bobby Weatherly, Jackie Oler, Faye (Wren) Tipps & Carolyn (Garmon) Burns on Nov. 29.

Happy Birthday this week to Steve Rhodes & Darrell May on Dec. 2, Kip Knowles & Wyatt Ridings on Dec. 4, and Jeremy Darrow & Tyler Lennon on Dec. 5.

Just a reminder that MG Boys basketball tournament will be held starting Thursday, Dec. 4 and concluding Saturday, Dec. 6.

Good luck to MG Elementary and Junior High students as they compete in Academic UIL on Dec. 9 & 10 at Savoy & Ector ISDs.
