With the rodeo in town this weekend, a Handicapable Rodeo for children with special needs was held Friday in the Civic Center Arena. Local UPRA Committee Member Oscar Aguilar said about 300 kids were attending from more counties than before. There were horseback rides, a mechanical bucking bull and lots more.
