The city of Sulphur Springs Summer Paving Program is a Fall Paving Program again this year and it’s now underway in earnest. A contractor is doing the overlay work on several streets around town. Meanwhile a city crew will soon start reconstruction work on Lamar Street. It will also include water, sewer and drainage improvements. At the same time, a water line will be replaced along FM 2285 and a sewer line on Broadway.
