Donald Gene (Donnie) Freeman

Donald Gene (Donnie) Freeman, age 59, of Emory, died at Hospice of East Texas, in Tyler, on Saturday morning, Oct. 11, 2014. Donnie was born Nov. 27, 1954, in Tomato, Arkansas, to Chester Joe and Effie Mae McKnight Freeman. He worked as a sheet rock hanger in the dry wall business for home construction. He is survived by:  1 Daughter, Laura Gentry, of Padcah, Kentucky, Numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. He was Preceded in death by: parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home of Emory. No formal memorial has been planned at this time.
