Funeral services for Karsen Lee Putman, age 4 months, of Sulphur Springs will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Pastor R. Britton and Rev. Fred Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at City Cemetery with Kevin Putman, Louis Putman, Ronald Brantley and Richard Patterson serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Karsen died on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Sulphur Springs on June 9, 2014 the son of Kyle Dayne Putman and Hannah DeLane Brantley.
Survivors include: his parents; twin brother, Kylen Putman; grandparents, Dana Brantley of Sulphur Springs, Ronald Brantley of Sulphur Springs, Kevin Putman of Commerce and Michele Peck of Corsicana; great-grandparents, Richard and Patsy Patterson of Sulphur Springs, Louis Putman of Commerce, Jan Clayton of Ridgeway, Mae Brantley of Sulphur Springs and Sally Millsap of Commerce.
