Hopkins County Memorial Hospital CEO Michael McAndrew is expected to discuss the proposed budget for next fiscal year at a hospital board meeting Monday night at 6 p.m. in the Plaza Conference Room. Last year the hospital board adopted a deficit budget and they might do so again this year. The board will also discuss the proposed tax rate for the proposed budget, which could be rising.
