The Hopkins County Ponytails found North Carolina to be too tough as the locals were eliminated from the Dixie World Series in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, 11-6 Monday night. It was the second loss to North Carolina for the local Ponytails in the double elimination tournament. Hopkins County did pick up wins over Tennessee and Florida. Shane Fite is their Head Coach.
