37-year old Alan Dale Rhys of Saltillo was charged with aggravated robbery before JP Ronny Glossup who set bond at $50,000. Rhys is accused of roughing up his grandfather and taking his vehicle just after 2 a.m. Monday (June 30th). The vehicle was found wrecked in Franklin County later. Just before noon Monday, a Franklin County lawman spotted the suspect in Mt. Vernon and arrested him.
