We Made the Dog Park Finals

Sulphur Springs has made the finals in an online voting contest that could provide some funds for a dog park for the city. There are 15 cities in the finals and Sulphur Springs is currently running third. City Director of Community Development Shane Shepard says Sulphur Springs is only 200 votes out of second place but is about 1,000 votes behind leader Waverly, Iowa. The winner will receive $1,000 with $25,000 going to those in second, third and fourth place. Google Bark For Your Park to vote twice daily through late July.
