Sulphur Springs Receives Slightly Above Average Amount of Rainfall in February

February weather featured a little more rainfall than the norm. We recorded 3.81 inches for the month with average being 3.2. After a dry January though, Sulphur Springs remains about 1 inch below normal for the first two months of the year. Otherwise February was very normal. The typical low is 36 degrees and it was. Typical high is 59 and we averaged 61 in February. The coldest day was 22 degrees on February 2. Hottest day was 80 degrees on February 26.
